  • Manage Voltimum key accounts – ensuring all stakeholders are happy with the Voltimum offering, growing the spend of the accounts, and identifying new opportunities
  • As a "solution seller" (m/f/d) you are able to present, promote and sell Voltimum solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Working alongside the Managing Director and Country Lead to create an annual sales plan focused on the core products that Voltimum sell – taking ownership for delivery of the plan
  • Develop and enhance Voltimum solutions to maximize revenues in the market 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce and manage solutions sold, liaising with colleagues to ensure effective delivery
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Representing the business at key events when required 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Communicate with Voltimum global colleagues to keep updated of successes and how these successes can be implemented in the local market

Your qualification

  • Worked for at least 4 years in companies in the field of "Digital Marketing", "IT Software Solutions", "Market Research" or "Data Solutions".
  • Experience in sales and solution selling (Hunter/Farmer hybrid)
  • Strong planning and Organisational skills
  • Proven ability to win and grow key accounts 
  • Strong relationship management skills and consultative in approach
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, channels and networks 
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency 
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised, to meet deadlines and to manage priorities
  • Mature approach, collaborating with wider team when necessary and in the best interests of the customer and Voltimums business
  • Experience of and effective use of CRM to capture all sales activities (Salesforce)
  • Solution and value selling experience
  • Experience of selling Loyalty Programmes (an advantage) 
  • Excellent command of German English language and proven writing skills
